MR ( MOISTURE RESISTANT ) BOARD
Moisture resistant Gypsum board is also known as MR Board or Green Board. As the name suggests, Moisture resistant boards have better Moisture and Water resistant properties when compared to standard gypsum boards. This makes Moisture resistant gypsum board ideal for areas exposed to water, moisture and humidity.
These Boards are suitable for both Residential and Commercial spaces such as Bathrooms, Kitchens, Laundry Rooms , Storage areas etc.
FILE LINE BOARD ( FIRE RESISTANT )
Gyproc FireLine with increased levels of fire performance consists of an aerated gypsum core with glass fibre reinforcement and other additives encased in, and firmly bonded to, strong paper liners. Gyproc FireLine is a plasterboard that is suitable for drylining internal surfaces which can be skim plaster finished or directly decorated.
BOARD PERFORMANCE
Plasterboard linings provide good fire protection owing to the unique behaviour of the non-combustible gypsum core when subjected to high temperatures. The inclusion of glass fibre and other additives in the core of Gyproc FireLine improves its fire protective properties when compared with standard plasterboard. For the purposes of the national Building Regulations, plasterboard is designated a ‘material of limited combustibility’ (Technical Guidance Document B) and is classified as a EuroClass A2 material. The surfaces of Gyproc FireLine are designated Class 0 (for the purposes of national Building Regulations).
CEILING GRIDS & TILES
A grid ceiling is a false ceiling in the sense that it is not part of a permanent support structure such as floor joists or a cement floor/ceiling. Grid ceilings are sometimes called T-bar ceilings because "T-bars" form the grid that holds the ceiling panels in place.

24MM - MAIN TEE
Main Ts are suspended by the suspension system and carry the weight of the Grid system. These Ts have a system of interlocking with each other in order to provide an additional length and thus form a continuous mesh across the space where they are used.
WALL ANGLE
Wall angle is fixed to the perimeter of the wall at the ceiling level to hold the Main Ts and gives a finish when it terminates on the wall.
CROSS TEE 2 FEET
Cross Ts are used intermittently at the specified distances and are interlocked with the Main Ts. Typically the Cross Ts are of 2 sizes: 1200 mm and 600 mm. They thus form modules which make a mesh/grid.
